Krishna Ayurveda: five sales channels into Zoho Books, reconciled to the paisa
We built one pipeline per sales channel that turns marketplace reports into Zoho Books import files, inside a desktop app the client's accounts team runs every month.

About the customer
Krishna Ayurveda (Sandipani Healthcare Private Limited) is a direct-to-consumer healthcare products brand. It sells through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal and its own website, runs its web store through Unicommerce, and keeps its books in Zoho Books across multiple GST registrations.

The challenge
- 01
Days of spreadsheet work every month.
The accounts team turned each channel's monthly sales and tax reports into Zoho Books entries by hand: 1–3 days a month, with rounding and mapping errors.
- 02
Every channel speaks its own format.
Each marketplace reports differently, and formats change without notice.
- 03
GST that differs by channel.
B2B and B2C sales, TCS, and inter-state stock transfers between the company's own GST registrations.
- 04
Volume.
In May 2026 alone: 1,757 Amazon invoices, 6,907 stock-transfer invoices and bills, more than 162,000 Flipkart source rows and 2,032 web-store invoices.
What we built
- 1
One pipeline per channel.
Each converts the raw channel report into Zoho Books import files for sales invoices, credit notes, payments received, payments made for stock transfers, batch adjustments and applied credit notes.
- 2
One desktop app for all channels.
A desktop application with its own login runs every channel from one screen, so the client's team does the monthly run itself.
- 3
Exceptions surfaced, not hidden.
Unmapped products and short stock are reported for the team to clear before upload.
- 4
Every live run tied out.
Each run is checked document by document: payment files against the same run's sales output, and for stock transfers against the sales and purchase output, to the paisa.
- 5
Controlled releases.
Version-controlled code, with each release handed over as a packaged build.
Results
In the May 2026 live run, 11,251 documents reconciled to the paisa, with no discrepancies remaining after two rounding fixes.
Amazon: 1,757 invoices exact. Flipkart: 0 of 555 invoices with a discrepancy. Web store: 0 of 2,032. Stock transfers: 6,907 documents reconciled.
Meesho and Snapdeal were proven on synthetic data while 550 and 100 rows waited on the client's product master, then brought live once the master was fixed. A full Snapdeal run takes about 2.5 minutes.
In monthly use by the client's own accounts team.
Time saved: estimated (not measured) at up to about 20 hours a month, against the 1–3 days of manual work recorded at the start.
